Never seen that one.. Think that it could be a hoax, like Sheng Long. There were several hoaxes.

Or it's from a special version, but even Streefighter wiki does not know this character.

Were did you found the picture?

Cool, where did you get the pic. There have been many hoaxes over the years.

Propably a hoax indeed.

The character graphics differ quite a lot from the original SF 2 graphics.
