CHD's?

OK, I got my CHD and rom for for game a51site4. Both files are in .zip format, but where do I put them now? Please be as specific as possible, I am a newb, ty.

Does this mean that I need to put the a51site4 CHD inside of the a51site4.zip rom folder, or do I need to create a single folder and place both files inside it, I'm still not sure what exactly I'm suppose to do. Can you clarify this please.

You need to put the a51site4.zip (the game ROM itself) into the ROM folder, then make an a51site4 folder INSIDE the ROM folder, and put the a51site4 CHD inside that folder.

When I try to create a new folder inside the .zip rom folder, I am not given the option to do so. I can only extract all. Are you sure this is correct?

No, you don't make the folder inside the zip file, you make the folder in the ROMs directory in the directory you run MAME from.
