Help...Help...SOS! Rom & Emulator

I download the game Warriors of Fate.zip but it show up a bundle of file rom in the folder for example;
tk2e_23b.rom
tk2e_22b.rom
tk2_qa.rom etc
some other games i got no problem but this game doesn't show up on my game system it said" file not support"
I have a portable game system from china it identical PlayStation Portable like in usa it has mp4,mp5,game
it capable of FC/SEGA MD/GBA download Nes/ Bin /Smd/ Gba files wonder if it can download to my game playstation portable system ?

if not do you know where to get roms, emulator for Warrior of Fate II game ?

howdy mate, you sent me a PM but i cant reply for some reason. I did see this post before you messaged me but since i haven't tried to use these emulators and have no knowledge of your gaming system i really cant help you.

I would like to know What this hand held system of your is called, do you have a link?
