unable to log into the partner site to donate SOLVED

im registered here on the forum, but when i enter my for account details on the partner site, it says i entered the wrong username or password. I even tried copy and pasting my details to log in but i get the same error and it wont log in.

Admin told me I had to remove the symbols from my password for the forums, which worked.

I had this issue as well, couldn't figure out the issue. Thought I had to wait a while, but even after 24 hours, the issue remained. After removing the symbols in my password, I could log in. Thanks for this post.

Certain symbols will cause this issue, it is an issue with phpBB but is easily remedied. Thank you for posting.
