Yuhioh forbidden memories

Hi

i got the epsxe emulator for ps 1 and 2 games and it works fine actually
but in the game Yuhioh forbidden memories, i have just 1 bug that appears for no actual reason
when i am in a duel, i can not mark (up) cards, to fusion, which makes the game impossible to play
i can use the up and down buttons in the menu and any other case, just not to mark those cards

i know what you are talking about as far as the fusion ( i have the real disc of forbidden memories).
have your tried remaping the directional controls on your keyboard?
