which Roms are you trying to download?

Hello, I became an unlimited member, but I can't download any roms. When I tried nothing happened it just stayed on the same page with "Download this rom" button.

Which section is this. I just checked and it is all working for me ok.

I tried to download rom for Atari 7800. I tried some other sections like Sega Genesis now. Same thing.

i just tried downloading from both the Atari 7800 section ang the Sega Genesis section. i was able to download from them without any difficulty.
when you click the " Click to Download Rom" link, no new pages are supposed to load. depending on your web browser, you should see some sort of notification that the download has started after clicking the link. if not, here are some questions that might help.

were you logged in to the main site when you tried to download the files?
have you checked your download history to see if the files were downloaded?
have you checked the folder that your browser downloads files to?
is there a program on your device that blocks downloads? (Firewalls, Security Programs...etc) and if so, are they setup to allow downloads from the internet or your browser?
does your user account on your device have permission to download files from the internet?

Yes, I was logged in to the main site.
There is nothing in downloads history of my browser or in default download folder.
I tried Chrome and Firefox browsers. Same thing in both.
I had Adblock on in Chrome, I turned it off, nothing changed.
I turned off windows firewall, still same result.
I thought that when I click on "download rom" button it will open "where to download file..." window. Because in both chrome and firefox i chose "ask where to download file" in preferences.
By the way, do You block any countries on your site?? Because I have to use VPN to open your site. Cause without VPN site is not opening just showing an error (Err_name_not_resolved). I'm from Russia.

What is your local IP address. I'll check to see if any Russian ips have been blocked in the past.

My local IP is 95.84.164.135
I have fixed IP not dynamic

Thanks for this. So the good news is that your IP address and or range is not denied. The bad news is I really don't know why you are unable to start a download. Are you familiar with using the debug console in CHROME? That might show you what is happening when you click on the download button and therefore what is going wrong.

Hi,

That is a specific error from your ISP provider and not an error from the website. Can I suggest that you contact them with this exact error message to see what they can do?
