I'm having difficulty getting these roms to work with MAME

I'm having no luck at all getting these Roms to work with the latest version of Mame 0163 64 bit command line. I've downloaded these roms from every rom site I can think off and no matter what every time I go to load them up I get invalid rom path or missing rom message. These roms play fine on Mame32, but I want to get rid of that version of Mame because I prefere the command line version of Mame.

Here's the roms I'm trying to get to work with Mame 0163 64 bit command line:

All of us know quite a lot about a lot of subjects, however a few days ago one of the forums main members died suddenly and since then most of us have had little appetite for the forums. Give us and the members a chance to come to terms with this and we will help.

As regards your problem, I would imagine it has to do with the bios you are using for those games.

Make sure you have the latest ROMs, BIOS and CHD files for the listed games and try again...there is also the possibility some of those games are currently unsupported (NOT WORKING) in the latest MAME and may have to wait... I would also do a ROM Audit to see what files you might be missing...

Sorry about that, I didn't know. I'm new here.

I've checked each rom and they all show green saying "working" but when I click to play them I get this: The selected game is missing one or more required ROM or CHD images.Please select a different game.

Far as I know, those are the lastest Rom versions of those games. Every rom site I've been on as the same sets, even this site. I'm now using the latest Mame 0164 and it's telling me those Roms are "working" How do I update the Bios? Is there a site to look for CHD files?

OK not to worry. First I think you need to check that you have the CHD file for the roms if one is required. The roms will show up correctly because you have the rom but you may also need a CHD or disk image from the arcade game. Go to this link

And start in the 0.155 FULL CHD section. This should get you going.

Alzabo is more experienced with Mame so he might have better advice.

What exactly are you trying to update?
