this what your trying for, a smooth even coating of solder

i just tried this mod on a GameBoy cartridge. the heat from the soldering iron caused the contacts on the circuit board to release from the board :cry: . do not try this mod on game carts with contacts that are as small as the ones that are on game carts for portable systems. :bowser:
