Not an Unlimited user yet

Hey, I have messaged the site owner 3 times now and he hasnt responded to my last message about why I am not an unlimited user after donating last week. Has anyone else had a long delay or troubles like this?

I emailed you and you said it can take an hour or so for paypal to register the donation. I then emailed the following night asking weather it may be due to being close to the weekend or something because of the delay to which I didnt recieve a reply. I am fine with waiting, I would just like to know a rough timeframe or if there was maybe an error in the paypal donation?

OK understand. The 2nd email was most likely after my office hours and I did not get this until Monday morning. Please understand that I receive a LOT of PM and emails from the site, plus I am getting old so sometimes I forget things.

I can see now that obviously your account is Unlimited so I guess that PayPal finally returned the confirmed donation to our server. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed this process up and we simply have to wait on PayPal to come back.

Anyway welcome and I hope you now have a lot of fun downloading.

Also don't forget to logout and log back in or it will still see you as registered instead.

It seems everyone beat me to even being able to assist you lol. The only other thing I can think of is if you are still having issues, please try clearing the cache and temporary files from your browser. If you are still unable to see your unlimited account, then please try another browser. If you are still unable to see your unlimited status, then try resetting your password, logging out, and then logging back in with the new password.

If you're still unable after all that, please let me know and I'll try to investigate further to see what could be causing the issue. Thank you for your patience bud, we really appreciate it!
