You can emulate them any way you like but the image of the game will always be the same size unless you remake it.

Yeah true is just annoying that i can fit all my N64 and Snes etc but like 10 PSX roms on my phone lol

Give it 12 months and you probably will be able to the speed that phones are progressing.

it is not possible to connect a PS4 controller to a PSX because the PS4 controller is completly wireless. if you need another controller for your PSX, i suggest you use a PS2 controller or find a company that makes hardware for defunked systems.
