This server is no longer in operation. I can't keep it running all the time and without anyone to help moderate it (and re-launch it should it crash) it's pointless because I can't be on 24/7/365.

I would like to get this up and running again and this time I have a few players interested in my office for lunchtime bashes.

I have downloaded and installed Zandronum, added my WAD's for DOOM and DOOM2 and have been online playing with a few people. My company firewalls are passing 10666 UDP and TCP through to my computer and I have opened up a hole in my Windows 7 Firewall.

Presently I can see my server in the list but it is showing NO RESPONSE. Any advice? If I can get this working I will leave it up 24/7

"The <NO RESPONSE> will usually only show to the hoster if they are using a NAT router weather the port is forwarded or not." - Dark Assassin (former admin of zandronum)

Did you try to connect to a server running at your work from your house to see if it was a problem with the server connection itself?

Very cool and a lot of fun. Maybe this could be our game. Its not DOOM though it is very good. Reminds me of Quake Team Arena.

"Xonotic is an open-source first-person shooter video game. It was developed as a fork of Nexuiz, following controversy surrounding the game's development. The game runs on a heavily modified version of the Quake engine known as DarkPlaces engine. Gameplay is inspired by Unreal Tournament and Quake, but with various unique elements. Xonotic's stated aim is to become the best possible fast-paced open-source FPS."
