You can count on it that everything still works perfect.
Sometimes you will have to blow on the old NES / SNES cartridges and very occasionally work the contact with some cleaning (I'll add a can I u like).
Furthermore I have always been very carefull with all the gear, so you won't find any weird stuff.
I'm interested in selling more things at a time, so no games go without a console
