Anyone out there collect vintage Digital components?

Postby njunderground » Thu Dec 01, 2011 4:06 am

Hello,
I am not really a collector but I have lots of old Digital stuff from a relative I want to get rid of. If anyone out there collects such components, please let me know and I check for it. All is from the early/mid 90's. If no one is interested in the stuff, it will likely end up as ewaste. Off the top of my head, I have a few hard drives, a keyboard, video cards, ect. NOTE: I cannot guarantee the stuff works since it was stored in a basement for many years. This is mostly for collector value.
Thanks!

Hi and welcome. Are you able to take pictures of the components and post them here. If so I am sure that some of our members would love to have the old equipment. Unfortunately I live in the UK and am unable to get them easily.

Guys, anyone up for some good retro hardware?

p.s. I get first refusal of any decent keyboards :wink2:

Hi and welcome!

It's a shame to hear retro-parts have to go, but on the other hand I can understand (a bit :wink2: ).
I'm always interested in old mainboards, videocards and sometimes powersupplies (depends on the current projects hehe).

Only problem is; I see you're from the US.. im from the Netherlands (Europe).

Anyhow: welcome lad :!:
