I've been on this site off and on for the past I-don't-know-how-many-years. It has been my go-to site whenever I feel like replaying the classic games from my youth. Today I finally decided to register and donate to the site - the least I can do to thank you for providing a place where I can take a trip down memory lane.

Thank you for your support and also for your kind words. Everyone here works really hard to make this place the go to site for roms and emulators. 2010 was a huge year for us, we went from under 1TB to almost 2TB of available files and we also had to upgrade our servers twice to cope.

Please get more involved in the forums and get to know the gang.

Thanks for putting up this site. I've been going nuts trying to find a place to get updated roms at. To this day my collection has been dated back to Mame .101! Finally I can look towards a current .142-.143 set. Donation has been sent, and I'll probably help out again in the future.

Hello all....New to the site, but love the old games. I was in high school during the golden days (up to 1985), and was a regular in the gamerooms for several years afterwards. I have the later systems, but other than Madden football (up to 2007), I never grew as attached to the newer games like the good ole Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, and Galaga. Gald to be here!

What a great resource! We got our 2600 VCS in 1978 or so, and I got my first Atari 400 in 1980. I've been an 8-bit kid ever since! Tho' I have played pretty much all the current-gen consoles as they have come and gone through the years, I still love those old machines, games, and programs from my youth. I spent two hours the other night getting a modern emulator running on my MacBook Pro and playing a bunch of old games just for the walk down memory lane. So thank you for creating and maintaining this site - it is definitely appreciated.

Welcome DrVenkman, glad you found us, we appreciate your kind comments, and are happy you are finding what you are interested in. It is hard not to find your interests as most retro consoles and games are covered, as well as computers. We still occasionally find now and then the odd rom or system to include.
