Another name that game thread

It was on the NES and was a top/down type RPG. I don't remember much else other than the cartridge art was a guy in a red leotard looking thing vaulting over what looked like a boulder. It had the grey border that Konami used a lot, but I've searched all through Konami's game and couldn't find it.
