Voting on Emulators

I think we should be able to vote on the Emulators....like how we can vote on the roms. Would make it better for people who dont know much about them to make a better choice when choosing one.

Funny you should mention that because I plan on starting to work on this in the new year. It should end up just like the roms section with votes, stats etc.
