Hot Trout came about many years ago and was given to me by my fellow gamers for being unbeatable in Doom (at the time, not so sure now). The first part is cause im Hot the second part is a reference to my surname. Up until my mates decided on this name I was always known as Paz which harks back to the good old days when arcade games only accepted three letters for your name

Nice topic. Mine actually comes from way back. The times when everyone used to play Halo 2. OOOOoo. My friends actually misinterpreted whatever my name was and called me Guest and I was like NO thats not it, and they kept saying it so it just kind of stuck. It was way more funny at the time lol

Mine goes back to the dark charizard in pokèmon, which I usually use as my avatar. I tried The Dark Dragon on another site and it was taken, so I used TSD instead, and I just kept using it.

My username came from my grandkids, playing the various NHL games as they came out. I always played a rock em sock style against them and one of them called me a crusty ass, and not wanting to be vulgar I went crustyasp. Another username I have is decrepitgamer, ( reference to my age, and the lack of skills for the new platforms and games) also compliments of the grandkids. 17 of them.
