i want to make my pentium 4 2.6Ghz to 3.0GHz

Your CPU is good to be overclocked to 3GHz on air but not with that motherboard. You will not have any clock multipliers or bus speed modifiers and without those you can not actually carry out an overclock.

Try looking for a P4 Gigabyte MB on ebay for a few $. This will give you the ability to start overclocking. I have been OC'ing computers since the 486DX2-66 and I love it. There is always more that evry CPU/RAM/BUS can give, its finding the sweet spot that is fun.
