Didn't want to bump but i use Avast all the time....the paid version. It has real time shields that scan every action that your computer does before it lets you computer do it. So if i open a word document it will scan the word file before it opens. Every thing i click on is first scanned by avast. It also comes with Mail, Web, Network, E-Mail, P2P, Script Shields. Along with program virtualization and the ability to run shady programs in sandbox mode.

Add Panda Security Cloud Anti-Virus, Norton DNS, and Comodo Internet Security, along with routine scanning , defragging, updating, and junk file cleaning i think i built a little bubble that most people would be fine on the internet and not have to worry about stuff messing them up. Not to mention WOT and ad blocking extensions for Chrome.

I do use utorrent but i also installed Virus Guard for that as well.

Any other suggestions to improve internet safety? :)

U should hire a Russian body builder to yell at you in a Russian accent, "NO CLICK ON THAT!" every time you want to click on a link that says you'll win a million dollars in the Nigerian lottery.

Oh, JAHGoVeg, I decided to give this another chance, and managed to snap a picture of what it's doing to my computer when playing. I really don't like having to use the keyboard, but... what can you do. Here's the picture with it having all those FFa codecs open from the KLite Codec Mega Pack. I wasn't joking when I said it had like 50 of them open.

Wow

I had that same problem whenever i installed a codec pack too. To fix that i installed Zoom Player Max. Its a video player but there is an option to have it install a bunch of other codecs to go with it. Its just the same as KLite Codec Mega Pack or at least i never found any videos i was not able to view.

Here is the direct download link to that player...http://dl.zoomplayer.com/zp700max.exe after you install go to the options in the player and click on "Missing Formats" and click on "Click here to the install center" That will install about 15-20 different codecs for you to use.

Yea. It's playable. Very playable. Just hard to play with a keyboard. :3

And those are ALL actively open. It's not like when a program crashes and the icon is still in your taskbar until you mouse over it and it disappears, they're all active. I checked. X3

that's wierd. hope you get used to the keyboard. lol. An interesting point though me and my friend were playing this just the other day with a Joystick. he played on the Joystick and I played on the Keyboard, and there was no lag or funny icons. I wonder why it does that to you.
