Thanks Gozmitjosh, I am working on one right now and will post it probably tomorrow. I don't Think rushing should be a factor as much as the presentation, a really good one. I can't rush much anyway and I have only spent any time on the computer learning anything for only about 4-5 months and to do a lot of things I am doing I have to google and search for the how to do it. But once we set up an initial presentation, then maybe we could enlist the help of a few others to help and then between the two of us we could prepare the systems information. And I think we could post each system as it is readied. I am also now wondering if There a real need to double post this in two areas? Just thinking of the volume and size it may be with 300+ systems.

My thoughts. As posted earlier suggestions and advice are greatly appreciated.

Acorn Computers were a British computer company based in Cambridge. Set-up in 1978 by Chris Curry and Hermann Hauser. Arguably Acorn's most famous computer was the BBC Micro which could be found in practically every school in the country in the 1980's !

1998 September Phoebe (later Phoebe 2100) announced but never released. Acorn Workstations Division disbanded. Acorn rebranded as Element 14 and shifts corporate focus.
1999 July RISC OS 4 released by RISCOS Ltd.
1999 to 2002 Hardware, software and systems using RISC OS continue to be developed. Life goes on in the Acorn world.

HT and Gozmitjosh I wanted to pm this but could not get the images to go on the PM. This is my idea of info for the systems.

Hmm. Im likin what Im seeing. Especially the part about info in the ROMS section. There are sections in there that I have no clue what they are and have to go look them up before I proceed. Sometimes this is a bit tedious but if the info is right there, all pain is gone.

I am not sure, how it is to be done, HT will have to let us know. I am on flaky dial up so for me to upload would take forever. I get ideas for the site but am not technologicly advanced to do them in most cases. I started on the one posted before I even made the suggestion. A lot of it is cut copy paste and screenshots. There is probably an easier way to do it, but I am a real beginner after you get past turning the damn computer on.

well i have a very fast internet connection so if you where to try to mail me what you wanted to upload and where then i could do it for you if its to slow.

Other then that i guess i we will have to wait for HT to answer a bunch of questions

If we get the help I suppose the best way to do it would have each of us take 5 or 10 systems each and then submit to you, and you if you have the time could edit them and prepare them for posting in the ROM section. Yes that will be fine. I will upload anything that is mailed to me as long as i know what system it goes to.

That would have to be a given fact! Does sending a system in the format that I posted the example of seem OK?

I AM SO SORRY FOR COMING IN LATE ON THIS!
I was hanging out with friends in chattanooga one day and stayed at home which has No internet connection at all, the next day.
