Didn't know that there was a forum till it said my d/l speed was being capped, or I would of been here a long time ago. My fav system has to be the SNES, kirby (all) and claymates are my fav games on it.

As always, the retro scene is coming back. Maybe Nintendo will release a new, smaller NES console and start re-producing all the old games... (alas, hopes)

Thanks for the site, making me moderator, and everything else inbetween. :D

Hi... Fernando Rocker here...

Today is Monday, April 05, 2010... my current time is 12:28 a.m. I just came back from my girlfriend's house (Daniela). Well, I'm writing all these little details because I want to read and show this comment to my kids in the future. Current gaming systems are the Xbox 360 by Microsoft, Sony Playstation 3 and the Nintendo Wii... and in the handheld department we have the Nintendo DS, Sony PSP and the iPhone/iPod Touch. Appel just released the first generation iPad this weekend. Nintendo announced a couple of weeks ago the Nintendo 3DS, which is a new generation of the Nintendo DS series... it will display images in stereoscopic 3D without the need of polarized glasses (it will use Parallax Barrier LCD screens by Sharp). This is a relatively new technology, so a lot of people is excited about it. Maybe by the time you read this comment, this tech will be very old and obsolote (maybe holographic display are going to be available at every store by the time you read this comment).

I'm 25 (I will be 26 in a few more weeks, April 26)... I have been a gamer since I was 5. My first system was the NES, and the first game I played (besides the bundled Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt game) was Adventures of Lolo 1... still one of my favorites puzzle games ever. I hope for a new version some of these days (it would be perfect as a WiiWare or DSiWare game).

Well... I enjoy games from all systems, but I'm a Nintendo gamer from heart. I have enjoyed all their systems. My favorite system this entire gen has been the Nintendo DS, because it feels like a continuation of the SNES (which is my favorite retro console). It has tons of 2D sprite based games, and a lot of RPGs.

My favorite game this entire gen is Super Mario Galaxy 1.

Oh, and sorry for my english... it's not very good.

Welcome to TOC Forums! How far into the future before you think you'll show your kids? Just a thought... :p

hahaha... well.. if everything goes well, I'm going to get married this year. I'm still not sure when I'm going to have kids, but I hope I can show them this message in about 15 years from now.
