How to Play .RAR roms or roms in the adult category

Anyone know how to play any of the Adult roms.. I believe that they are all RAR and even after unzipping them with winrar I am not sure what emulator opens them. I am new to emulation and totally lost here

is there a .exe in the in the file

The PC roms are not actually roms they are installable DOS games (The Adult Section is mostly DOS/WIN Games). Either try running them after they are unzipped, many will simply work. Alternativly you may need to use DosBox or DBox.
