N3S Unable to run due to missing DLL

hello everyone.

i have just downloaded N3S v0.2. alpha. when i try to run it, i get an error message that states that the program can't run because XINPUT1_4.dll is missing from my computer. is this some part of a DirectX version that i don't have or something else that i need to run this emulator?
here are the basic specs of my computer
OS:Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit.
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3800+ @2.4GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 6150SE
RAM: 5GB DDR2
DirectX version 11
just point me in the right direction and i should be able to figure out the rest.

XINPUT is definitely part of the DirectX runtime. You could always manually obtain the file and put it beside the rest of windows' DLL's.

i already have this directx distrubution installed on my computer. the XINPUT1_4.dll seems to be a newer version because the jun 2010 directx distrubution has the "XINPUT1_3.dll" file in the APR2007_input_x86(and x64).cab files. perhaps the XINPUT1_4.dll file is from a complete directx version 10, 11 or 12 installation.

Just download the file from a DLL site and manually put it in your system folder.
