ROMS : Updates and Changes News

[Hot Trout]

Now that all the hard work has been completed and uploaded, here is the official news on the largest update of this year (or any year for that matter). The PC or IBM Clone DOS section has only ever had a collection of games compiled by me over many years. This collection was by no means sorted, ordered, complete or even named consistently but it was for a long time on of the only DOS collections available on the web.

The PC section of the roms now has a new folder called Games and under it we have started with DOS and under that there are the following five sections

Action (1558 titles, 93GB)
Adventure (1031 titles, 119GB)
RPG (327 titles, 18GB)
Simulation and Racing (1170 titles, 96GB)
Strategy (1112 titles, 49GB)

A total of 5198 titles and 375GB of new material.

I want to dedicated this new section to the memory of Crusty who would have loved these additions a great deal.

OK, after four days of uploading ( ) we have now got a new section within the PC Games section of the roms.

Windows 3.X Games (1080 Titles, 323GB)

This new section is a major upload and excellent addition to our rom section. There are some great titles in there as well like D-Generation and SimCity 2000. These should all work from within DOSBOX with the correct files. All are ready just to unzip and use.
