Changing the Encryption to Plain FTP is the only solution I could do to get it to connect. I was getting the same problem if the encryption is set to default.

Right, but I'm already getting a connection, if you look in the screenshot it says connected, it fails once it tries to retrieve the directory listing... so I don't have a clue what to do about that. I've tested my connection and reset all of my network more than three times, as well as restarting my computer and re-installing FileZilla. It just refuses to get that directory listing. I've tried all the normal ports for FTP, SFTP, etc. Nothing is working... and I'm getting frustrated. I finally get my ass in gear and now this.

Just do what I did for now...maybe it's something on HT's side....

Just do what I did for now...maybe it's something on HT's side....

I've already tried using plain FTP, encrypted FTP, all the default ports for anything FTP related, etc. Nothing is working.

Nothing has changed at the server side. Strange. PM me the settings you have been using so that I can check. That said you have been using them fine recently.

I have also figured out the Encryption bit you were talking about Alzabo, and I now able to retrieve the directory, in turn allowing me to start uploading this whopping 1,955 track update. It's gonna take a couple of hours, boy oh boy. It's uploading now, will update when finished.

That was a massive update. And I'm good for at least a month. That's a month's worth of time to build up another massive upload. Dear lord... :p

Ok, so. With the fun that has been my new position at work I haven't been uploading anything. HOWEVER, I have not been sitting idle. I have something over 100 soundtracks to upload at this point and I think I'm going to keep extracting until I have exactly 6 months worth of soundtracks until I upload, this way I knock out a half year before starting over again. I can't wait until you guys see this chunk.

So does anyone remember when I stated that I would have 100+ new soundtracks to upload? Yea... I kinda lost a lot of data due to a failed HDD.

So... I have to start over from where I left off. But I'll start uploading a soundtrack a day like before so that I don't fall behind. Although... I did manage to gain some knowledge about how to extract NES soundtracks in Stereo sound instead of Mono, I'd have to upload a test soundtrack for people to enjoy. Check the Batman one out below, I did a Normal version and a Stereo version. You can find both in the NES location of the gamemusic section on the main site. Let me know if I should move forward extracting in Stereo or if I should keep it Mono, or if I should do both for each NES release. Let me know.
