How do i burn a Philips CDI CD

I have the .BIN and .CUE file for the game Voyeur 2 however when I burn these files onto a CD-R and play back on the CDI the disc does not play. Any ideas people?

Not an emulator person but try the following site as there is plenty of info on CDI including a burning tutorial. From the sounds of it, it can be a complicated process. Hope it helps.
