How to open LULA The Sexy Empire ROM

I've donwload the rom but I have problem on how to open and play the game. What Emulator should I used ?

I would suggest that you tell us what system the rom is for, and also the specs of your system at least the OS. You won't be able to get much help without more information . We like to help but there are so many systems and emulators we are unable to help without information on the system the rom is for at a minimum. The more info we have the more help you will likely get.

Windows or Amiga?

I'm currently on Windows 8, Intel Pentium, 6GB RAM, 64bit

I've download the LULA rom from this site. When I extracted the rom, the file is in .bin so I need to know the right emulator to run the game.

I mean which version of the game? The Windows or Amiga version?
If its the Windows version you should try running it in Compatibility Mode with an older version (or DOSBox if its an MS-DOS game) or if its the Amiga version you need to run in an emulator called WinUAE or you can try FS-UAE which is easier to setup

@Alzabo: the only copy of "LULA The Sexy Empire" the we have is in the is in the PC sub-section of the Adult Games XXX section. and it's 423.41MB.

@adam blitz: the file being a .bin file suggest that it maybe a CD image. if that is the case, you will need to use a image burning program to burn the contents of the CD image to a real CD. or if you know how to, you could try to mount the .bin file as a virtual drive.
