I have a few questions :)

Im curious about a few things. I'm using the Visualboy advance but i downloaded that emulator while going to the 'game boy color' section. Is there a difference if I go to the 'gameboy advance' section and download it? or are the emulators the same?

also speaking on terms of emulators do they work the same way or is there something specific to each one that differentiates them from one another?

last question: I'm looking for pokemon games past generation 2. are they available or am i using the wrong emulator for them (therefore they don't appear?)

this is all fairly new but I cried happy tears when I found this site so I'm hoping that I can play all my childhood favorites again.

You can play GBA, GBC and GB on VisualBoyAdvance and for better emulation I recommend you get the BIOS files for all 3 systems.
You can play Pokemon right up to Emerald Version on VisualBoyAdvance. (Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, LeafGreen, FireRed, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald)

Once the new site is up (hopefully 2014) I will be organizing the emulators a bit better so its not so confusing...
