problems with downloading link.

I downloaded a rom but it was a htm address that dont do anything, I have unlimited access,I should have no problems....

Please explain more fully. Can you also provide a link to the section or rom that did not work.

Same here just the adress htm . Im unlimited user but none of the 0.139 roms work. Even one rom of pc wngine doenst work

This is most likely a browser issue. If when you try to download a zip file your browser shows code then the settings locally on your computer are wrong. To test just download an alternative browser and try again.
