I donated quite a while ago and seem to have lost my unlimited rights. Any way to correct this?

Hi, I am not able to find any donations from this username or associated email address in any of the databases. Did you use some other account? I am sorry but a full search has turned up nothing.

If you can send me (PM) the donation details, email address used at the time etc that will help me find you.

Not to worry, your account was automatically upgraded as you can tell from your RANK avatar. Most likely you just need to logout and back into the roms section to refresh your account status.

I have registered and also made a donation of $15. However, I still don't have Unlimited user access! I also have just checked the Hall of Fame and my username (jeffyjasta) is not appearing on the board (it's the one that is blank I think!). Also, my Paypal email address is different to the one I use on The Old Computer website. I hope that this is not the cause of the problem ((((

Edit: I read the previous threads and I think it's because I have forgotten to put my username when donating.. That's probably why there was no name on the Hall of Fame

The only one who can deal with your account is Hot Trout. He usually checks in on the forums once or twice on the weekends. As soon as he sees your post he will be able to look in to it. Please be patient and I am sure it will be taken care of. Thanks.
