Mame4ios reloaded

Postby lee_armylad » Mon Nov 05, 2012 2:04 pm

I've recently downloaded Mame4ios reloaded and i have put a few of the rome which i downloaded from the .139 folders on this site but none of them seem to work. i keep getting an error saying that the folder is missing one or more of the ROM or CHD images.

I'm very new to this MAME thing so i'm not sure if i need to convert the files or something.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This page does not provide any real help for this question, as only provides general info on the front end's release.

I am also looking for help with problems that I am having with certain roms giving me errors (Mame4Droid Reloaded on a Nexus7 32GB running Android 4.2.2) for missing CHDs....
for instance track and field ....this should be ..what.....an 8bit game? Why aren't the zips I downloaded for from this site not adaquate enough to run? Is there another bios type file needed (already downloaded the konami bios)

Just doesnt make any sense.....

MAME is a very finicky program. There should be an option somehow to 'audit' a rom (I am unfamiliar with your device, it is right-click the rom from the GUI on PC) and it will give you a display of all the roms/chds/bios that the current rom requires, as well as which ones you currently have.
