what's the best PS1 emulator to use?

Postby darren77 » Fri Oct 12, 2012 10:25 pm

Hello, could someone give me a suggestion for the best PS1 emulator to use? Also, if "no access" is listed for that emulator I assume that means it's for unlimited users only?

thanks.

i have no clue what the "no access" thing is about but you should have no trouble downloading the PS1 emulators. you just need to be logged in. as for the best PS1 emulator..i can't help you, sorry :( . but i can give you some advice. emulators are not created equally. one emulator will have some features that another emulator won't have and some will work better that others. my advice is to download several emulators and try them out. find the one that has the features that you're looking for and runs well on you're computer.

well, what I meant by no access is that right next to the line that says "current folder is available to" it says no access in white letters.

Darren,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It looks like a fault with the display of the rights for the folder. In actual fact if you continue to the download stage it will actually allow you to download.

Try downloading and I will work on the display error.

I use PCSX - it handles ROms and Disc rather nicely, from my experiance some EMulators work better with some games than others, if something dont work on your emulator of choice i alway check out the other options. :D
