Once, when I was like 14, I watched a 24 year old guy drop a hundred dollar bill and he didn't even notice. I gave him a second and he still kept walking, so I called out to him and pointed at his money. I said: "You dropped that." He just looked at me and it took about 24 seconds for him to respond, but he gave me a cold stare and said: "Oh, thanks." This was said with extreme sarcasm, and I was almost tempted to tell him off... >.>

(ironically, that's a true story, minus him taking 24 seconds to respond because I didn't actually count that, but he was around 24 years old. :p)
