how to make the games playable in windows after downloading?

Depends on what you downloaded I guess,

you either need an emulator for the computer/plattform you are trying to play on. Or, if it is an old PC game, a program called DosBox, which emulates old PCs, as the modern PCs are far too fast and advanced to play old games. I guess you can find all of it in the download section.

I think we already have a post relating to the Game & Watch roms. The Game 7 Watch roms are not roms but are in fact an entire emulator. All you need to do is download them, unzip them and then click on them to run. If you are using a 64bit OS you might have some problems.

Which file did you download? Is it just one game or many? Do the exe files have specific names that might hint at a game?

snoopy tennis,super mario bros.i want to download others too.im not sure.

Unzip the folder into a new folder and then try the sntennis.exe. This should start the game (unless your computer is too new for it).
