Is there a simple way to convert Ps1 bin's to a single bin?

Is there an easy way to convert games with multiple bin's (like Track 1.bin, Track 2.bin ect.) to a single bin?
Or do I have to mount the cue-file and create a new bin-file in a program like MagicISO or similar?
All or any help is greatly appreciated!
