Single Click Mega Pack

But I am having trouble downloading the Mame Single click mega packs? When I click on them nothing happens it is like the link is bad or something. Also there are so many different one to choose from which are the newest or I should say the best.
Also i was curious what constitutes making a set of ROMS for a system into a Single Click Mega Pack. Sure is nice to click on one link and the whole thing is there downloaded. Is there any reason they all aren't this way???
