HELP newbie

hey guys I'm dowloading some ROMs to my Android Galaxy Note II, using MAME4droid reloaded , I put some ROMs inside phone>ROMs>MAME4droid>roms

I start the app and I can see them listed there but everytime in all of them this appears

"the selected game is missing one or more required ROM or CHD images. please select a different game.

I'm super new at this don't know what do do, any ideas? thanks !!
