As for finding some, simply type "sega cd roms" in Google and go to one of the many sites that it brings up. Like Rom Nation, Cool Rom, Rom Hustler, Emuparadise, e.t.c....

To answer your first question. There are no Sega CD roms just yet. I plan on adding them later this summer after the Dreamcast Section has been uploaded.
