DISCUSSION | Problems With Unlimited Account

I'm having an issue with my unlimited status. I followed the directions for achieving unlimited status (donated $10 while logged in) and then logged out and logged back in (multiple times). I still don't see that I have Unlimited status. Can someone help me with my account to upgrade me to the appropriate status?

something wrong with the server

i try to download some roms and i get 32Kb speed

tried different sections and got the same result.

did a speedtest.net test and got good report

it dosent happen on different sites,just did a check to be sure.

please fix this ht,32Kb is a joke.

Just wondering if there is a small wait for a change in account status. Happy to wait for a bit if needed. Looking forward to downloading some roms.

Donated this morning. PayPal says it went through, my bank account says it went through. Several hours later no change. No email notification. Does anyone know how long it takes? Thanks

I´ve been encountering a problem lately, and wanted to bring it to your attention... I´m an unlimited member, and up until two days ago, everything worked fine. But now, not always, but many times, downloads >100MB don´t get downloaded, they stop at exactly 100MB. Could it be a server related problem, or does it lie with me?

Hi, I checked this for you this morning and I am able to download files over 100mb ok. Not sure why this is happening to you. Could I ask some of the other members to also check that they can download more than 100mb in a single file.

It is pointing to something wrong at your computer end.

Have had no issue with larger than 100 MB download, have downloaded 6 files thus far. Three at one time , two another, single the others, all at varying times.

Maybe listing time of day, file being downloaded, and number of files downloaded before problem would be a help. IF the problem is the site, I imagine unless we can replicate the issue, it will be hard to pinpoint. As, you are the only one thus far with the problem, it indicates more of a problem on your end.
