Weird ROM-Format (PSX)

Postby gncgnt » Mon Feb 06, 2012 2:24 pm

I downloaded the PSX-Version of Tomb Raider 2 from the download area. After unpacking the ROM was neither an ISO or a single BIN but a whole bunch of BIN-files numbered with Track 01 to Track 61.

The first and the largest file is actually bootable in an my Emulator (ePSXe 1.7), however upon trying to start a new game, all I get is a black screen.

Am I missing something here? Google didn't have the solution and neither did a search in this forum. Am I supposed to use some kind of tool to assemble all those parts?

Somebdoy help me :(

PS: Tried it with v1.0 as well as v1.3; both having the same problems.

Also in the archive there will be the CUE file. You use these archives to reburn the original CD or to create the ISO you require.

Right, HT that will work. You can also mount the folder in daemon and do it that way. Takes a little more setup though.

Gee, now I feel stupid

I tried running the .cue directly through the emulator like every other Image I have. Thanks for clearing that up! Not it works.
