roms manager application

I was looking for some kind of application to manage my roms. What I have is a folder full of roms, multiple versions of the same rom in most cases. What I want to do is be able to do a batch delete of certain versions of the roms, like all roms with [J] or [E]. Basically I want to end up with the roms with a [U] and [!] in the rom name. Please tell me there is such an application.
