I made a donation on 1/10/22 but did not buy a product, just donated thru coins. Everything said it was paid for thru my emails. I cannot get signed in as unlimited and was wondering if something was wrong? I appreciate any help.

Yesterday I went to the suggested site for upgrade but rather than selecting an image to purchase, I made a donation of $10 via PayPal following the link on the main page. My account is still limited, will this be rectified?

Hi and welcome. The donation button is just to donate money to help the cause, it does not perform the upgrade to your account unfortunately. If you want to upgrade your account you needed to use the purchase artwork option for $15 instead.

These systems are automatic and connected so there is no way I can connect the donation to the users accounts. Sorry.

Just thinking about this again. I think I could refund the donation made (minus any fees they take) if you are unable to pay the additional $15 to become unlimited.
