Apple Pippin Roms Solved!!!!

Postby drbash » Thu Oct 06, 2011 6:22 pm

hello everyone,
finally after alot of trial and error(mostly error LOL)i figured out how to burn the pippin roms.
as follows: download the rom/extract with 7zip( after extraction is a bin.ecm file)/download ecm tools, then drop the file into the unecm application(once decoded the file is a bin file)/download bin2iso the convert the bin file into a iso/then burn to your cdr(i used cdrwin)
the games work on my pippin fine so far.if anyone has any questions, just leave a message.

I'm trying to burn games too, but I'm using a Macbook Pro using Toast and an app from app store called 'ECM'.
managed to follow the steps but when I put the CD into the Pippin it spits it back out again.
I used Toast on the 'copy' setting to copy the ISO to the CD?
Am I doing something wrong somewhere?
Thanks
