CHD's corrupted

I'm trying to download the CHD's of Mame but some are corrupt, how to solve this problem? Already downloaded several times and the same problem occurs.

Some of the CHD's are indeed corrupt. I will be updating the entire CHD set as soon as 0.148 CHD's are released.
