How to install PC98 games?

I'm new in PC98 emulation and I have problem with instaling some games(Kakyusei for example). I've created blank .hdi file in anex, formated and partitioned with dos system disk and... install.exe (or whatever) in one game work in another don't. (I'm using FILMNT, I'm not familiar whit dos comands). Is there some guide for newbies how to use PC98? Link please? Cuz many roms req install.

If the files are small which they should be then you can upload them in the forums when you post. That would be a great way to start.
