ff8 not working

hi, didn't see this posted anywhere else, but rom i downloaded for ff8 doesn't seem to work. it loads but any and all fonts in the game are garbled/half missing, and it makes it impossible to play. anybody else had these probs? i've played at least 10 ps roms from this site without problem. and i even tried to delete and re download to see if something was just wrong with my first attempt but that didn't correct. halp!

First off, it's strange to see anyone playing FF8... everyone always loved FF7 more... I love 8 more myself, but... anyway...

I have no idea what's going on, and I'll look into this as soon as I can. Thanks for the information greasedscotsman3111.
