Sport of Kings Disk Needed to play Jockey Competition ROM

I played this game when I was a child (Sport of Kings) and when you load the Jockey Competition ROM, before you actually race (play the game) it requires the 'Saddle-3D disk' and without it -- which I haven't seen on get-your-rom -- the game is unplayable. I've loaded all the different track disks and track editor disks (and other Sport of kings disks) to no avail.

Anyway to get this .adf file uploaded to the site, or has anyone actually played the OMNI-Play Sport of Kings Jockey Competition on WINUAE?

Would love to get this file and if there is anyway I can help, let me know.
