I think the Home Page should list a more good, convincing, attractive text so viewers will register.
Here are some examples of texts we could use:
"Welcome to TheOldComputer.com, the world's largest and fastest downloading site for ROMs and emulators!"
"Welcome to TheOldComputer.com, home of the oldest retro emulators and previously unobtainable ROMs!"

By using words that connect to TOC like 'fastest downloading site', ' ??????? number of people viewed this today', 'Rarest ROMs', and 'Only available on TheOldComputer', viewers may be easily convinced to sign up, rather than just reading 'World's Largest ROM site...'

Meh, I can see where your going but its pretty easy to tell how retro the place is. All you have to do is remove the zwinky stuff

I'm not actually directing specifically to the retro appearance. I'm talking about listing functions/powers that other sites don't have. Our chances of people registering to our site is GREATER if we let them know, for example, that "ALL of our roms and emulators are up to date", or "EXTREMELY fast download speeds".

Unless there are other alternatives that could work, shouldn't we show that we have these awesome features?
