Anyways, open the task manager and see if the process is even running.
Also, do you have any other software that may be blocking that from starting? I have WinPatrol Plus and I can set that to stop programs I want from running at startup so maybe something else you have is having a conflict.
If all else fails, a simple uninstall and reinstall is pretty much a remedy for anything
