Joke Windows Programs (NO VIRUSES/MALWARE)

So... I started making joke programs. Kinda lame, I know, but I was bored and wanting to abuse my Visual Basic 6 Enterprise installation... so I made this:
pjmp thinks it's hilarious (and/or cute). I think it could bring a smile to anyone's face... provided that they realize that the "Not Really..." option is FALSE as to what it does. :3

Also it was very easy to complete. Keep up the good work, looking forward to joke program v2.

Well of course it was easy, I don't really want to freak the user out... although... that would be funny, once they realized it didn't do anything at all... lulz.
So here's a question... how would you make awesome effects using a simple program such as Visual Basic 6 from 1998? :3

First time I ran it. Something was wrong with the GUI. It never showed. I thought the point of the program was to play music and hide...
I was like, "that bastid..." I hunted down the process and ended it. But then I was like, "Something about that doesn't seem right". So, I ran it again and this time I got the GUI.
